These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pumptides website (pumptides.com or any affiliated domains), online store, and all related services (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”). Pumptides is operated by an Arizona LLC and provides high-purity synthetic peptides and related research materials.

By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Definitions

  • “RUO” means Research Use Only. All products are sold strictly for laboratory, scientific, or analytical research purposes and are explicitly not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any other non-research use.
  • “Buyer” or “You” refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using the Services.
  • “We,” “Us,” or “Pumptides” refers to the Arizona LLC operating the business.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • Business buyers represent they are purchasing for legitimate research purposes and comply with all applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Products and Research Use Only

All peptides and materials are sold strictly for RUO. They are labeled “Not for Human Consumption.” You agree not to:

  • Use products for any human or veterinary medical purpose.
  • Resell, redistribute, or repackage products without express written permission.
  • Make any therapeutic, health, or efficacy claims regarding our products.

We provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) for quality verification, but you are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (including FDA, DEA, and import/export rules).

4. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may reject or cancel orders for any reason.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

  • That products will meet your specific research needs.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free Site operation.
  • Absolute purity beyond what is stated in the COA (you must verify independently).

Products are sensitive research materials. You assume all risks related to storage, handling, and use.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUMPTIDES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pumptides, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your misuse of products.
  • Any research activities or regulatory non-compliance.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You agree to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive any objections.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the updated effective date.

14. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pumptides regarding the Services.
