Thank you for choosing Pumptides for your research needs. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order fulfillment, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and related responsibilities. It forms part of our overall Terms of Service.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • High-volume or custom orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified if there is any delay.
  • We ship from our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • (Additional options may be available at checkout)

Shipping Options (subject to availability and destination):

  • Standard Ground
  • Expedited / Priority
  • Next Business Day (for qualifying domestic orders)

International shipping is available to select countries. Please check availability at checkout. Some destinations may have restrictions due to the nature of research chemicals.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipping: Many of our peptides require cold-chain handling. We use insulated packaging and cold packs where appropriate to maintain integrity during transit. However, we cannot guarantee temperature control after handover to the carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method.
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (e.g., orders over a certain amount — promotions will be clearly advertised).
  • You are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (USA): 2–7 business days depending on method and location.
  • International: 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs processing. Delays due to customs are common and outside our control.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Risk of Loss and Title

Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Any claims for damage or loss during shipping must be filed directly with the carrier. We will assist with documentation where possible.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Visible Damage: Inspect packages immediately upon delivery. Report any damage to us within 72 hours with photos and order number.
  • Lost Packages: If a tracking number shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve.
  • Verified issues (our error or carrier mishandling) will be addressed per our Return and Refund Policy (damaged/incorrect items only).

7. International Orders & Compliance

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with all import laws, regulations, and restrictions in your country.
  • Some peptides may be restricted or require special documentation. We reserve the right to cancel international orders if compliance issues arise.
  • Customs delays, seizures, or additional fees are your responsibility. We do not offer refunds for orders held or seized by customs.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to certain restricted destinations or individuals who violate our Terms of Service (e.g., those indicating non-research use). All products are sold strictly RUO – Not for Human Consumption.

9. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. You can also track orders from your account dashboard.

10. Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or rerouted. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by you.
