Refund policy

All Sales Are Final. Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides — including strict temperature requirements, sterility standards, and contamination risks — we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, accidental orders, or buyer error.

Limited Exceptions (Replacement Only)

We will only consider a free replacement in these narrow cases:

  • Incorrect Product Shipped: We sent the wrong peptide or quantity (our error).
  • Damaged During Shipping: Visible damage to the packaging or vials upon delivery, reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Email pumptides@gmail.com immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Do not ship anything back without prior authorization from us.
  3. Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Claims made after 48 hours or without proper documentation will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any opened, reconstituted, or partially used products
  • Products that have been stored or handled after delivery
  • International orders (including customs-related issues)
  • Orders canceled after shipment

All other situations fall under “All Sales Final.”
