Refund policy
All Sales Are Final. Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides — including strict temperature requirements, sterility standards, and contamination risks — we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, accidental orders, or buyer error.
Limited Exceptions (Replacement Only)
We will only consider a free replacement in these narrow cases:
- Incorrect Product Shipped: We sent the wrong peptide or quantity (our error).
- Damaged During Shipping: Visible damage to the packaging or vials upon delivery, reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Email pumptides@gmail.com immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Do not ship anything back without prior authorization from us.
- Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Claims made after 48 hours or without proper documentation will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any opened, reconstituted, or partially used products
- Products that have been stored or handled after delivery
- International orders (including customs-related issues)
- Orders canceled after shipment
All other situations fall under “All Sales Final.”
